This Privacy Policy governs all user visits to Workday Salads, a food site dedicated to quick workday meals, packed lunch systems, homemade dressing guides and weekly meal-prep tips. This policy complies with the EU GDPR and upcoming Google AdSense publisher compliance standards. 2. Usage of Collected Personal Data
All name and email information submitted via contact form is limited to two core purposes only:
Directly respond to your submitted messages, questions and feedback;
Send follow-up emails to request supplementary details if needed to fully resolve your inquiry.
We will never use your personal contact details to send unsolicited bulk marketing emails, nor sell, rent or trade your private information to any third-party advertisers, marketing companies or commercial partners for financial profit under any circumstances.
3. Data Retention & Personal Data Deletion Procedures
Contact form submissions are securely hosted on US-based compliant web servers. After your inquiry is fully resolved and communication ends, we reserve your submitted information for a maximum of 90 calendar days before permanent automatic deletion.
If you need to check, revise or fully erase your stored personal information at any time, submit a formal written request via email: contact@workdaysalads.com. We complete data deletion and send a follow-up email within 10 business days upon receipt of your valid request.
Anonymous server access logs are automatically purged after 24 months for site optimization needs. After Google AdSense goes online, Google's anonymous statistical data follows Google's official data retention rules detailed in its privacy documentation.
4. Cookie Usage Rules
We split all site cookies into two legal categories aligned with GDPR rules; non-essential advertising/analytics cookies will only activate after visitors explicitly give opt-in consent via our site-wide cookie consent popup once AdSense is installed.
